Say Yes

Yes, only  good things are what He has in mind for us. However, many times fear becomes the paralyzing factor that gets in the way of heaven’s good intentions towards us.

It is doubt, many times that hinders us from accomplishing the GREAT things that He has intended for us. Not that there is anything wrong with doubt itself. Who is at the center of our doubt is what matters.

If you believe you can’t… you are right. Not alone. However, there is Someone who can.

The same God who sweetly whispered into your heart the desire you have today, is the One who holds the power to make it a REALITY.

The God who is asking you to not be afraid, and be courageous instead, is the same God who has promised to hold you with His right hand.

Amazing things, things beyond your wildest imagination are what He has in store fore you.

All you have to do is SAY YES.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.”

-2 Timothy 1:7

happiness yes

Is fear keeping you from doing something that you know God is calling you to do? Perhaps, because of it you are doing something that you know you shouldn’t be doing?

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

– Jeremiah 29:11

Are you afraid of the past?

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

– 2 Corinthians 5:17

Are you afraid of the present?

“And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

– Romans 8: 38-39

Are you afraid of the future?

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

– Joshua 1:9

Just say yes to the Bible promises. Yes, Jesus wants to enter your heart and He wants to dwell in it. Just say yes.

Since fear is not part of God’s philosophy, there is no place for it the the life of a Christian. Therefore, holding on to fear is the opposite of worshiping the creator of heaven and earth.

In conclusion, God made you and I for more than a life of fear.  It is because of that that you and I are called to do great things. Holding on to fear is the same as turning your back on God. The Bible is very clear, we can only serve one master. You either choose to trust God 100% or you choose to live in fear.

So, which will you choose today?

“We have nothing to fear for the future, except as we shall forget the way the Lord has led us, and His teaching in our past history.” – Ellen G. White
